Since all our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.
We offer a full refund or replacement if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
To file a claim, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll sort it out quickly!
We comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom/personalized products.
